Yet another task management tool, you say? Nope. Well, yes, but better, faster, more powerful and definitely prettier than anything you’ve tried before. After three years of intense labor the MeisterTask team is proud and extremely excited to present to you:

MeisterTask has everything you need to guide you and your team through a productive day. Create a project, add as many team members as you want, assign tasks and follow each other’s progress. MeisterTask’s UI is incredibly intuitive, so you can get to work right away. Also, it’s free.

Collaborate in real-time

MeisterTask is completely web-based, which means you don’t have to download, install or manually update anything, ever. It also means that you and your colleagues can collaborate in real-time and all changes you make are instantly visible across all devices. What’s more, you can say ‘goodbye’ to duplicate or lost project files, because all relevant information is now safely stored in a central place.

Automate and save time

MeisterTask’s flexible project boards perfectly adapt to your workflow, whether you’re a software developer working with scrum sprints, a marketing team addicted to Kanban, or an event planner in need of some simple but powerful to-do lists. At the same time, MeisterTask helps you save a ton of time by automating recurring actions within your projects.

Import your visual project plans

MeisterTask has integrations with a number of fantastic tools such as GitHub, Zendesk, Google Drive and Dropbox, but we’re particularly proud of the seamless workflow between MeisterTask and MindMeister, our intuitive online mind mapping app. MindMeister lets you collaboratively brainstorm ideas and plan projects visually. As soon as you’re done, you can export all your great ideas to MeisterTask and work them off one by one. Take a look at this short video to see how it works:

You can simply use your MeisterTask username and password to login to MindMeister, or the other way around.
