Well, technically not made in heaven but in the beautiful MeisterTask office in Vienna, Austria (which, by the way, still has room for a few new teammates).

After GitHub, Bitbucket is our second integration specifically geared towards developers, and just like the rest of our integrations, it’s made to help you and your team work more efficiently.
So What Does It Do?
MeisterTask’s Bitbucket integration allows you to complete tasks or individual checklist items using special commit messages. No need to switch back and forth between the two tools and waste precious time anymore!
Here’s How to Set It Up:
Step 1:
Head over to the list of features in your Project Settings and click on the green button to add the Bitbucket integration.
Step 2:
Authorize your Bitbucket account.
Step 3:
After you’ve confirmed access to your account, choose a repository to install.
Et Voilà!
Now you can add any task token (found in the URL after ‘#/task/’) to your Bitbucket commit message (prefixed by ‘#’) in order to complete a task. To complete a checklist item, all you have to do is add the task token followed by a :number (e.g. adding :2 to complete the second item on your checklist).
A comment with a link back to the commit will be added to the task as well.
Here’s a quick video demonstrating the setup and workflow:
