Microsoft: Teams and Office 365

You can log in to MeisterTask using your Office 365 account credentials. Keep your team in the loop about your tasks’ progress and all changes made. Display and manage project boards right within Teams by adding MeisterTask to your Channels.

Email Integrations

You can integrate MeisterTask with your Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, or Spark email accounts and easily turn emails into tasks. These tasks can be added to a project of your choice automatically, saving you valuable time.

Confluence

Confluence is Atlassian’s popular team collaboration software. MeisterTask is available as an add-on from the Atlassian Marketplace. Use this integration to embed entire projects or individual tasks into your Confluence Pages.

Google: G Suite, Drive, Calendar, Hangouts

Install MeisterTask from the G Suite Marketplace and onboard your Google team members as MeisterTask team members. Use your G Suite domain to log in and what’s more, MeisterTask comes readily integrated with Drive, Calendar, Hangouts and Gmail.

Get Your Company on Board

So you’ve decided to sign up to MeisterTask, what next? We’ve answered a few FAQs to help you understand the process a little better:

All you have to do is click here or on any one of our sign-up buttons. You can sign up with either Google, Facebook, Office 365 OR with your company email address. Once you’ve confirmed your email address, all you have to do is select your preferred billing cycle, enter in your payment details and once it’s all confirmed, you can start using MeisterTask.

If you’d prefer to sign up for an Enterprise plan, just contact sales directly.

Once you’ve signed up you can start using MeisterTask immediately.

Upgrade your account directly from your account settings in MeisterTask — click on your avatar and then head over to My Account. Click on Plan in the left column and then on upgrade.

If you’re currently using MeisterTask in a private capacity and would like to switch to start using it as a team, there are a few things to take into consideration:

  • Only an admin account holder can manage and administer a team account. The admin account holder is the person responsible for determining the amount of licenses needed, purchasing licenses, creating the team account, adding and removing team members, and of course billing.

  • If you would like to be the admin account holder, the first step would be for you to update your billing information to the preferred company payment method. Then upgrade to MeisterTask Business and purchase the required amount of licenses (each team member needs their own license).

    Once you’ve done that, add team members from the Members & Groups tab by entering their email addresses. This will automatically send them an email invitation to join your team. If any members in your team already have a paid MeisterTask account, they will first need to cancel their subscription.

  • If your company’s policy dictates that the Head of IT or Procurement Manager needs to be the admin account holder, the same rule applies — they too would first need to sign up for a MeisterTask Business plan.

You can pay by credit card, PayPal, or by invoice. Bear in mind, if you would like to pay by invoice, you first need to contact MeisterTask sales.

Ideally, the person who would be the admin account holder should get in touch with MeisterTask sales.
