Ready to shape how modern teams discover, adopt, and grow with Meister? As our Growth Marketing Generalist, you’ll play a pivotal role in turning strategy into execution across our full go-to-market motion. You’ll be the Swiss Army knife of the Marketing team, working hands-on across channels like paid media, SEO, lifecycle/nurture, events, and review platforms - connecting the dots between experimentation, learning, and scalable growth.

Based in Vienna (or remote within Europe), you’ll learn fast and collaborate closely with Commercial and Product teams to drive demand for MeisterTask and MindMeister in both self-serve and sales-assisted motions.This role is ideal for an AI-curious, commercially minded marketer who thrives on variety and wants real ownership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What makes you special

3+ Years' Experience: You bring a proven track record in growth marketing, demand generation, or a generalist marketing role in a SaaS or digital product environment.
AI-Literate by Default: You actively use tools like ChatGPT, workflow automation platforms (like n8n), or AI-powered analytics to work smarter and faster.
Natural Connector: You are comfortable collaborating across disciplines, working seamlessly with paid, SEO, lifecycle, content, and Sales stakeholders.
Execution & Experimentation: You have strong execution skills with a bias toward action. You partner with channel owners to plan, launch, and optimize experiments from ideation to post-mortems.
Analytical & Creative: You are analytical enough to turn data into actionable insights, but creative enough to develop compelling campaigns and localized messaging.
Proactive Ownership: You are comfortable working in a lean team, taking ownership of projects without needing heavy process or constant direction.
Lifecycle & CRM Knowledge: You help scale nurture and lifecycle programs to improve conversion and retention; experience with tools like Iterable, HubSpot, or AirOps is a plus.
Channel Support: You support cross-channel initiatives spanning paid media, SEO, in-person events, and third-party review platforms such as G2, OMR, and Capterra.
Growth Documentation: You are skilled at documenting learnings and helping build repeatable growth processes for a small but ambitious team.
Language Skills: Professional fluency in English is required. Professional German is preferred to support specific DACH-focused initiatives.
