Hi Lauren, if you’re a Basic user, and you’ve used your referral link to invite others to MindMeister, then your free maps should automatically be unlocked the moment those users create accounts at MindMeister.
If you know for sure that a person has clicked on your referral link and then signed up for MindMeister, yet no additional map has been accredited to you, then please contact our support team and they’ll be happy to look into this for you!
