Two big updates in one month? That’s right, folks, we’re keeping busy here at MindMeister. This update brings some brilliant new features and enhancements to our Android app, making the interface more user-friendly and the connection more stable.

Here’s what awaits you in MindMeister for Android 2.3:

Major new features

Presentation mode: Finally, our Android app is catching up with its iOS counterpart. Android 2.3Presentations can now be opened and presented directly on your mobile device. A play button in the UI makes this super simple.

Export mind maps: Want to export your maps as Word docs, images or PDFs? No problem! In 2.3 you can export mind maps in up to 9 formats, depending on your subscription, right on the device!

Support for attachments: MindMeister 2.3 lets you view existing attachments as well as add new ones to your topics.

Support for inline images: Inline images can be added from your image library or camera and can be sized within the app.

Support for “Keep aligned”: The option optimizes the use of canvas space and avoids overlapping topics.

New login options: Many of you have been longing for these options and now they’re finally here: Login to MindMeister via Facebook, Twitter, Google, OpenID and Unilogin!

Enhancements

  • New quick action menu for topics
  • Editable connections between topics
  • Topic text editable inline (double tap)
  • Improved “My Account” view
  • Display of zoom level
  • UI and performance improvements
  • Bugfixes, stability enhancements, and error logging

Download MindMeister for Android now!

We hope you like the new update and enjoy mind mapping on your Android device! If you have any questions, suggestions or other feedback, let us know in the comments!

      Hi Jonathan,
can\’t promise anything at this point, but the features will be discussed in our next roadmap meeting.

I second the above request. If you will ever add Org Chart and Tree Right, I\’ll return as a premium user. I love your software, but these two views remain critical to functionality. Thanks.
