Home screen widget: your top projects at a glance
First up, we’ve added a Projects widget to the Home screen.
Add your top projects to this widget for a convenient way to keep tabs on them. For each project, you’ll see:
Project name
Completion (as a percentage of tasks completed)
Number of open tasks
Number of overdue tasks
It’s a handy way to track key metrics at a glance, and spot any potential risks to project progress.
Plus, click on any metric to jump to a custom report with more details — like which tasks are overdue and who’s assigned to them.
Projects page: one place to oversee all projects
The new Projects page replaces the existing Projects tab in the sidebar.
It’s a tidier, more useful overview of all your projects, including the same key metrics that you’ll see on the Home screen widget.
Additionally, you can sort your projects by name or any other key metric, such as completion percentage.
Who is this for?
The Projects page and Home widget are primarily for project managers, though they’re helpful for anyone who wants to:
See project progress at a glance
Identify at-risk projects and take action
Communicate progress to stakeholders
What does each plan include?
Basic (Free): can access the Projects widget on the Home screen and the Projects page. Can’t click through from metrics to reports.
Pro: can click through from metrics to reports. Can’t change filters or save custom views.
Business and Enterprise: full access including creating and saving custom views.
