Team workload and capacity planning comes to MeisterTask

Overloaded teams and delayed projects often come down to the same problem: no one had a clear picture of capacity before work got assigned.

MeisterTask now has two new tools for team admins to change that: a snapshot of your team's workload, and a dedicated view for planning capacity across projects over time.

Team workload widget

Get a quick snapshot of task volume and status per team member. At a glance, you can see who may be overloaded and who has capacity — without chasing status updates.

The widget is available to team admins on Business plans and above. You'll find it on your Home screen.

Workload planner

A new view that lets team admins plan and allocate team capacity across multiple projects over time. It's designed for juggling complex, multi-project work across teams, helping you spot bottlenecks before they happen and adjust plans early.

The workload planner is available to team admins on Enterprise plans. You'll find it in the Projects tab.
